The crap that is not needed is the sign that's left behind. Year after year there are these bright colored signs placed on a utility pole out front of my place. Year after year I end up picking up the thing after the sale is over. Big deal, no. Am I a Grinch, no? Am I in my eighties and difficult for me to clean up the neighbors trash, yes. This goes on most weekends of the year and as soon as the paper gets damp at night it will fall on my lawn. Its sorta like the unwanted papers left in a plastic bag. I don't want to start a conflict with the inconsiderate neighbors, just some respect for my lawn and property.
You sound like a nice gentleman and I understand because people just don't think.
