Two boys have been arrested for the brutal stabbing death of a 47-year-old homeless man in Adelphi, Maryland.
Elias Portillo, 14, and another unnamed boy, 13, have been arrested and charged with first- and second-degree murder for the July 27 death of Francisco Sagastizado, Prince George's County Police announced Thursday.
The second boy is not being named because he is being charged as a juvenile. Portillo on the other hand, is being charged as an adult, so his name and mugshot have been released to the public. In Maryland, children can be charged as adults in serious crimes starting at the age of 14.
Police say the two boys killed the homeless man the morning of July 27, after he refused to give them $20.

Good Grief....when does it stop, if ever?
These kids are not off to a good start. Rehabilitation? Doubtful. If they are willing to take a human life over $20 what are they not willing to do. Years of incarceration can't be good either. I do not profess to know what the answer is but am left wondering how our society could be so tainted.
What is wrong with kids today!?
Is there any hope for the future
generation or Our Country ???
