BERLIN OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHTS RESCHEDULED

The Berlin Parks Commission and Arts & Entertainment Committee are pleased to announce that three of the movies that were scheduled for earlier this summer, but were rained out, have been rescheduled.   “This is the third summer we’ve offered outdoor movie nights, but the first time we’ve had to reschedule due to rain – and unfortunately, every showing scheduled for Stephen Decatur or Henry Parks got rained out,” said Mary Bohlen, Town staff liaison to the Parks Commission.
The new dates are:
Saturday, September 9, 7:30 PM – Grease; Stephen Decatur Park
Saturday, September 30, 7:00 PM – Sandlot; Henry Park
Saturday, October 7, 7:00 PM – Back to the Future; Stephen Decatur Park
All showings are completely free to the public.  Movie-goers will need to bring a blanket or chair and their own snacks or drinks – alcohol is not permitted at either park.
In case of bad weather, the decision whether or not to cancel will usually be made by noon of the same day and will be posted on Facebook at Town of Berlin Maryland.
