Nevada’s Marijuana Stores Are Running Out Of Drugs And It’s Officially An “Emergency”

Days after Nevada became the fifth state in the U.S. to allow recreational marijuana stores, the drug has proved so popular, the state’s governor is pushing for a “statement of emergency” because dispensaries can’t keep up with the demand.

There's nothing that drives the black market better than government that doesn't know what it's doing or how to do it. Just as unvarnished prohibition doesn't work, government programs that continue prohibition while taking a cut don't either.

This article is about the opposite of prohibition. Nevada has allowed citizens to own their own bodies again.
They have a small measure of freedom.
