Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Press Release 10-26-16

On October 25, 2016 at 11:20 a.m. The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office responded to Worcester Hwy South to Racetrack Rd in Showell. A 2011 Toyota Camry had crashed into a wooden utility pole. The pole was knocked down and the Toyota had substantial front end damage.

The driver, Sidney Eagle 81 from Berlin, MD, was removed from the vehicle and transported by Showell EMS to Atlantic General Hospital in critical condition. Eagle was later transferred to Peninsula Regional Medical Center where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

The crash is under investigation by the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cpl Christopher Larmore at 410-632-1112 or clarmore@co.worcester.md.us

at least he didnt take out anyone else.

I wonder if he would have made it, if he had been taken to a decent hospital.

There aren't any here..been to them all and all I hear is Quack Quack...

It is believed that he had some type of cardiac episode.
