They don't have much more time remaining to strengthen this storm. My guess is at this point it will be allowed to run its natural course. Some steering would be nice to avoid major population areas.
But it doesn't rain in one of those, does it? Dan is now expecting tropical storm watch, not warning. 70% chance of rain.
I'm predicting 100% chance, as I am over 16 years old and have seen this picture before.
Of course, I'm neither a trained meteorologist nor a botanist, but I do know when I plant a seed and add fertilizer, sunshine and water, it will grow...
