RICO: 'Classic Pay-to-Play'

Rudy Giuliani says that if he were still a federal attorney, he would open an investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

He explained that money being given to the foundation in exchange for favors from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's State Department could constitute racketeering.

"You have tapes that they were hiding that show that millions of dollars were given to Clinton Foundation, and the State Department did favors for those people that they knew had given millions of dollars," Giuliani said.

With only 10% spent on charities then the rest is income. How was this logged on their taxes? My Bank list everything over $500 when I withdraw. The Obama Government set it at $10,000. I guess they think I am laundering money. What is the Clinton Foundation doing with their money, laundering it with the help of Foreign Governments? The DOJ will not do anything because they know what will happen to them if they cross the Clinton Mafia.
