The driver of the SUV is having a bad day.
Most likely neither one owns either vehicle, both are insured and no personal injury. I'd say a minor inconvenience for both.
Cop probably was sitting there napping. I'm sorry,doing paperwork and realized someone was behind. Then put it in reverse by accident! I see it happen all the time in parking lots in Salisbury! Lmao!
I would have thought of a better way to get her attention lol
