Not so. Mute is the inability to speak (or the choice not to). Plenty of people are mute without being deaf. Unless, that is, you're getting philosophical here.
Nothing applies to Lynch other than legalizing LYING. She's an ex paid contractor of the Clintons. Did anyone really expect a difference outcome? Same goes for FRI/Comey.
