Gingrich: Old School GOP 'Terrified' By Trump's 'New World'

The GOP has long said it wants to have a bigger tent, but with Donald Trump bringing in new voters to the party, many of those same people are terrified, says former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

"Those are the people, whether they're at The Weekly Standard, whether they're on talk radio, whether they run a blog, whether they're so-called experts, those are the people who are terrified of Donald Trump because he represents a new world," Gingrich said Wednesday on Fox News Channel's "Hannity."

Gingrich compared the situation to asking someone who operates an old-fashioned small retail place if they've ever heard of Walmart.

"What you see coming down the road here is a much bigger party with many more people," he said.

A friend attended the weekly standard symposium in Colorado Springs a couple weeks ago. Save for the standard's staff, most attending were Trump supporters. They were never acknowledged. No straw polls, no show of hands, no opinions other than the standard's. In other words, SUPPRESSION of what the people in attendance wanted. They were NEVER recognized or questioned about their beliefs & wishes.

5;15 AM, I think you'll find that's true throughout our entire nation. All these polls showing Trump vs. Hillary as "neck and neck" are wildly exaggerated. I think it's safe to say that Trump holds an 80-20 advantage over the other two combined, and will hold that through the election.

All we have to do between now and then is to audit all the voter fraud that will happen.
