The Center for Immigration Studies, in an analysis of federal cost figures, found that all immigrant-headed households — legal and illegal — receive an average of $6,241 in welfare, 41 percent more than native households. As with Americans receiving benefits such as food stamps and cash, much of the welfare to immigrants supplements their low wage jobs.
The total cost is over $103 billion in welfare benefits to households headed by immigrants. A majority, 51 percent, of immigrant households receive some type of welfare compared to 30 percent of native households, said the analysis of Census data.

DON'T u need a social security number to get welfare ?
they do not pay full taxes either when they work. some but not all. they all claim 5+ kids to ensure that there are no taxes paid if employer even think about it. then to top it off they all claim the child credit on tax returns. they get THOUSANDS back each year.
Dave T: I heard this one from an illegal alien I met once at a job: they simply use 000-00-0000, which I later learned is used by over 1 million illegals and nobody in Washington questions it. I also learned that many illegals irregardless if they have children in this country will always declare the maximum number of dependents on their employment paperwork. Combined, these two strategies give them perks beyond what normal Americans could ever hope for. After all, we follow the rules, illegals don't. And again, where is the lame stream media on this ? Again? Thank God, SBY publishes the news, since most other news venues are too busy to do that. They'd rather editorialize everything.
then you wonder why our country is going down the tank... too busy catering to immigrants instead of taking care of our veterans and our communities. We will continue to sink until we handle this problem and see to it that people don't abuse our Social programs.

I guess if we all stop paying taxes, then they won't get welfare. Let the wealthy libs who support illegals foot the bill.
