BALTIMORE (AP) — The Inner Harbor and tidal Patapsco River of Baltimore posted failing grades in water quality for the third straight year.
The Baltimore Sun (http://bsun.md/1Tzhyv9 ) reports that the report card from the Healthy Harbor Initiative for the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore found concerns with fecal bacteria from the city’s sewage system and pollutants that flow into the harbor following rain.
City leaders had previously set a goal of turning the harbor into a swimmable and fishable area by 2020.

Hey, Ireton! Maybe the Mayor of Baltimore is what you should go for, seeing how you've made the Wicomico River swimmable.
The Inner Harbor has had failing grades for decades. They never held the chromium plant accountable for the contamination they dumped in the Inner Harbor when they closed up. That water will always be contaminated and that will be a swimming / fishing area that is more contaminated than Detroit drinking water for the next century and longer.
Must be all the chicken houses they have in Baltimore. They really should do something about them.
The chicken houses are on the Eastern Shore.
I heard from a reliable source that Eastern Shore farmers are
Trucking the chicken manure to the Inner Harbor and dumping it

or its coming from the leaking Wastewater plant in Baltimore
