More environmental terrorism. Complete bull----! These people do not care about the environment. It's all about control.

3:21 is right. Kathy Phillips tried to override the combined judgments of the Worcester BZA, the Critical Area Commission, and the Worcester Co. Circuit Court. It's one thing to have a watchdog, and another to have a radical pit bull on steroids (i.e. somebody else's money to bankrupt others) and rabies (her agenda).

Can something be done to replace her with a moderate? Can the ACT be sued by people she personally has tried to ruin financially under the ruse of protecting the environment?

Your both spot on most people don't understand the power these environmental groups and trusts have over your land.

I think she was sued when she went after that farmer a few years ago. This poor home owner went through all the steps to do things the right way and this ninny is creating havoc for no reason. Maybe if she loses enough times and is sued she will stop this nonsense.
