Suspicious Death Investigation ******UPDATE******

The deceased has been identified as John Joseph Blasko, 50 year old male, from Salisbury, MD. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim yesterday and the cause and manner of death are pending. Preliminary results indicated no obvious trauma to the deceased. At this time detectives are still working to identify the chemical that was found in the residence and the vehicle. The chemical has been contained to the residence and the vehicle and further testing conducted has concluded that there is no danger to neighboring residences or businesses.

As the investigation continues, Salisbury Police requests anyone who may have information related to this investigation to contact Crime Solvers of the Lower Eastern Shore at (410) 548-1776, or the Salisbury Police Department at (410)548-3165.

I live app 1/4 mile from where this occurred.For about one week leading up to the day it occurred there was a periodic booming sound,like that of a shotgun.Maybe once every couple days and always after dark.I could tell it was coming from that direction.It most likely means nothing,but it was sorta like an M-80 going off.Had it been July I wouldn't have given it a second thought.
