They need to take out the "climate change and sea level rise" language and just plain admit that the island's shifting sands move the island and change the length and depth of the underwater portions of the beaches every year, and it's been happening for thousands of years.

The plan is probably fine, but quit pummeling everyone with unproven ignorance!

Another government "keep quiet project" , it's a done deal , don't waste your time and energy , of course unless this is a "black lives matter issue".
