Maybe , just maybe most businesses under the Obama administration have been OKed to operate illegally . Just look at Hillary's record , business wise.
They are illegal because they rip off customers...You see a few years ago I lived in a small rental with gas heat the bill was normal until winter hit my bill went from 100 and monthly went up to 500 a month...For what ? I asked and they said it was my Christmas lights, I had one string ! So I did an experiment, after the read my meter I pulled the meter out completely went and stayed at a friends house for 3 weeks came back put the meter back in. When I got my next bill it was 600 dollars. Delmarva power is a criminal organization based on my scientific experiment. Any questions?
ahhhhhh, good ole Choptank. Lights never flickered. Always reliable and always dependable. .144 cent per kilowater hour is reasonable in my mind. Never have had those Delmarva Power price spikes.
I have Choptank now . I made sure the house I bought wasn't in DP&L service area.
I, for one, would like to thank DP&L for the well maintained power supply during this storm. Great Job!!!
