The white man was beaten unconscious following a hip hop and electronica Fourth of July concert.
The video shows a mostly Black crowd gathered around the white male victim laid out on the sidewalk. A few are trying to help the unconscious man while others squeal in awe at the blood covering his head.
Many onlookers are laughing.

What's the point? It's not like any of the troglodytes were arrested or charged with any crime.
The police chief has announced that these thugs will be charged with a hate crime! Bout time somebody does something about these attacks. Years of the polar bear game etc...... Whites murdered coldly by young black thugs, always with two or more perps.....one white kid kills 9 blacks the country flips out!
They roam as predators as evidenced by the mob or pack mentality. These filthy animals have no respect for the sanctity of human life and are a disease like cancer.
