Did I get it right?
Police officers doing their jobs I'm guessing. Interstate highways have minimum and maximum speed limits. Funeral processions have no police powers that grant them immunity from state law.
Sorry. Not trying to be insensitive but the same laws have to apply to all. Perhaps the sensible thing might have been not to take a funeral procession on the Interstate.
