A passerby in Cobbs Creek Park discovered the 21-year-old man, a nonverbal quadriplegic who also has cerebral palsy, lying near an empty wheelchair with a Bible on his chest on Friday night after he was abandoned for five days without any provisions, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
The unidentified alleged victim is receiving treatment for a cut on his back, dehydration, malnutrition and exposure at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is in stable condition following the 9 p.m. rescue, WCAU-TV reported.

What is wrong with people. I don't how a mother who has birthed a child she has carried for nine months do harm to that child or allow others to do harm to them either. What is this world coming to?
Help her out of this burden and just harvest his organs to help people live a good life and terminate his. End of problem, and helps others.
That woman is getting a disability check for her son AND a government family caregiver's check for taking care of him. In addition to being arrested, she should be charged with defrauding the government of benefits. What a low-life.

When our children were young I couldn't leave them without worrying if they were ok. I knew they were in good hands but a mother still worries. How could she even think about having a good time while she knew her son was laying in the woods waiting to die. Lock her up with a pack of wolves.
