Updating the bathroom and concessions at bgj park.Does that mean a ten foot tall fence with razor wire on top to keep them out and tearing them up. And maybe they can put fireproof playground equipment in emerson holloway. What a waste of money to keep these "at risk" parks open.The only people "at risk" are the one who have to clean up after these hoodlums.
