As a life long democrat . I am glad I crossed party lines and gave this guy a chance. He has done more for us in 2 week than omalley did in 8 years.
1:23,I agree and the real challenge will be getting Miller and Busch to sign on.
Once it is complete, which it should be since he balanced the budget, will the local dopes still "voluntarily" tax us?

Probably yes. The dirty little secret behind the 'rain tax' is that these jurisdictions are mandated to improve water quality by the feds. Stormwater fees are here to stay, nationally I might add. We are just going to have a lot more local control over it in this state once it is repealed.
