Complaining Comcast Customer Renamed “Super B**ch” On Her Cable Bill

While Comcast says it’s doing its best to stop employees from renaming customers things like “A**hole Brown,” the reports of Comcast customers with rudely revised account names continues. This time, it’s a Chicago-area woman who has been dubbed “Super B**ch” on her Comcast bill.

They have a monopoly and know there is nothing you can do about it. Comoncast has the worst customer service known to mankind and will do everything in their power to make you miserable. Over priced and force you to take crap channels to get what you want to watch. It's great having a whole bunch of channels but worthless at the same time if you cannot get what you actually want. They should be forced to provide a menu where the customer can pick and choose what they want and get rid of the crap they don't want!

She was indeed just that.Don't be fooled by the word "customer" or of the mindset that the customer is always right.They can be just as big a pain in the butt as the company that has the misfortune of dealing with them.
