The next time I see a cop speeding I'm going to plug in my Square card reader and ask him how he'd like to pay his 100 dollar fine... Visa, Mastercard, Discover?

My Visa has an encripted virus that I've intentionally programmed for occasions like this.

I have a card reader. How am I to know the cop is using the municipal reader or his own?
