The Salisbury Police almost NEVER investigate shoplifting incidents. Store security personnel observe and detain the suspects then place a phone call to SPD. SPD merely arrests the already detained person, writes down what store security tells them and transports them to jail.

These numbers make Jimbo the Homo look like crime is down and he is working hard fighting crime.

Let's see some real press releases for real arrests.

The north salisbury area is why we have so much crime, they need to step up and do more, mainly around the mall, walmart, Ross, target and the other little shops. To me walmart need to hire security about 4, have 2 in the morning and 2 at night. It would
basically scare people and maybe not come back. But that area needs some help if we didn't have that area like it is then we won't have so much crime. They need to stop building more stuff up there and build down south or east. But it's mainly the walmart area. By the way I'm only 14 yrs old.

I walked by Walmart today and the police were walking one out in hand cuffs with another waiting in the wings. With all the cameras you'd think that these folks would smarten up a bit.
