Sad, very sad.

"Couples in six other states -- Colorado, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia and Wyoming -- also should be able to get married in short order"

Because they fall in the same circuit courts that were denied.

10:24, it's actually the best result your team could have hoped for. If the Supreme Court had decided the case, they almost certainly would have ruled in favor of allowing gay marriage nationwide. As it stands, only the 5 states that appealed are now under control of the filthy Sodomites.

11:43 - However, it still shows how careful we must be when we vote....

Elected liberals tend to appoint liberal judges...and liberal judges legislate from the bench - usually overturning the voting public!

Election day cometh!

11:43 Actually, with this ruling it is now 21 states and DC.

Of all things republicans have to fight for, why is we still caring about same-sex issues? Live and let live. Republicans who take issue with this are on the WAAAAY WRONG side of history. We are missing out on having an impact on more important things. It's incredibly selfish!

Soon the American Public will also offer acceptance to those of us who are strongly attracted to young people.

Stop calling us pedophiles!

We are born this way!

I bet Salisbury's mayor supports this decision.
