During Obama’s Speech at Democratic Campaign Rally, Crowd Does Something ‘Weird’

During President Barack Obama’s speech at a Maryland Democratic campaign rally Sunday, crowd members departed while he spoke — an action that “underscored his continuing unpopularity,” Reuters reported.

Despite the fact that Democratic candidates have by and large avoided appearing with Obama on the trail, Maryland Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown — who’s running for governor — was not one of them, Reuters added.

But as Obama spoke at the rally for Brown in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, near Washington, a “steady stream of people walked out of the auditorium,” Reuters noted, adding that a heckler also interrupted him.

IN THE TITLE IT SAYS, Crowd Does Something ‘Weird’. I see nothing "weird" about it at all.

First of all, they were in an area where unemployment isn't skyrocketing, like it is here on the shore.

These are people being subjected to affordable health care, unbelievable property tax, inflated home prices and even with good paying FULL TIME JOBS, it's a massive struggle to stay afloat.

I did notice there isn't one white person in that crowd. Jim Ireton, Laura Mitchell, Josh Hastings, Rick Pollitt and Chuck Cook must have been really busy this weekend. Oh, that's right, Jimmy was at the bar playing corn hole.

I hope this attitude is reflected in the upcoming election. We need to send these people back to where ever they came from.

I'm sure there will be a "once you enter you cannot leave" policy in effect for future indoor rallies.
