This is the second time that the City of Chicago has been ordered to reimburse legal fees in a suit sponsored by the NRA. The first was following the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in McDonald v. City of Chicago in which Chicago was ordered to reimburse the NRA more than $600,000.

It's not "their" money, so the people who are making these legal decisions could care less.
It's no big deal. Chicago has been full of corruption since forever. As long as it is controlled by Democrats nothing will change.

These libs never quit. They ignore the Bill of Rights and especially the 14th Amendment. My quess is that Chicago will try some other form of this again, because there are an entire plethora of options available for them. It seems to me that the press is the ultimate culprit. The only way to deal with them is to buy at least 1 network. Fox and talk radio can't do it all. Until some wealthy Conservatives step up and do exactly that we will continue to see repeats of this debacle or some other version thereof. Attorneys fees and costs are just no deterent to a government body that can transfer the bill to the taxpayers.
