The middle of the area most devastated by the current administrations policies....if the Republicans play this correctly, they can secure a number of additional votes...just a number - not all...remember stupid can't be fixed.....

Cleveland's problems began when they started consistently electing democrat mayors and majority council. Same story with all the rest of the depressed cities in this nation.
Ohio has been a battleground for votes; decision has a lot of upside possibilities.
