Reliability engineering problem

An article in PC magazine "25000-drive study shines a light on how long hard drives actually last" shows that the avg failure rate of PC hard drives is approx 5.38 % per year. Then the probability that Lois Lerners hd would crash in any 10 day time frame is 10/365 times 0.0538 = 0.0014.

The probability that her drive and 6 other drives with pertinent information would crash in any 1.5 year period is [0.0538 (1.5)]^7 =
2.229x10^(-8) or 2 chances in 100 million.

So, as we all know. Lerner's story is bollocks.

Is there anyone out there who is even acting like they believe these lies? Our government is being run by criminals who are now destroying evidence to cover their asses and will likely get away with it.

In the end the people will revolt and revolution will hit the streets after all is lost. People do not get involved until it hits their back porch ever. This country has hand fed its population for so long that we no longer have brains to think for ourselves. But...cut of public services and they will be rioting in the streets. No wonder Europe sees us as dull ignorant people.
