Incident: CDS with Intent to Distribute
Date of Incident: 06/08/14 0900 hrs.
Location: Boyer’s Way, Pittsville Wicomico County MD.
Narrative:
On June 8, 2014 at approximately 9:00 a.m. a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Boyer’s Way for a complaint of a dog running at large. Upon arrival, the deputy detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from a vehicle parked in the vicinity.
The deputy contacted 2 male occupants of the vehicle about the odor of marijuana coming from their car. A second deputy arrived on scene and a search revealed a nylon bag containing 34 individual clear baggies containing suspected marijuana.
The suspect was arrested and transferred to Central Booking.

Incident: CDS Possession
Date of Incident: 06/08/14 1230 A.M.
Location: S. Memorial Drive Delmar MD.
Narrative:
On June 8, 2014 around 12:30 a.m. deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office and a police officer from the Delmar Police Department responded to the area of S. Memorial Drive for a complaint of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputies and police officer observed a passenger car in the roadway with no lights illuminated.
The deputies and police officer made contact with 4 occupants of the vehicle and smelled an odor of marijuana emanating from the car. A search of the vehicle was conducted by law enforcement which led to the discovery of suspected marijuana in the center console.
Four suspects were charged with possession of marijuana less than10 grams.
