It he wanted to burn the building down he could have with the flick of a bic. He just realized he was making a terrible mistake so he didn't do it.... as soon as he saw the first cop he could have lit the apartments on fire but he didn't....
There was no mention of the Office of the State Fire Marshal(OSFM)? Don't they investigate arson related cases?

Maybe we can call fox and get them to film the 2014 cops reloaded series right here in the bury.And tell them to bring there cops with them because they seem to catch criminals on that show.Sad to say this but besides the college and the hospital the whole bury needs a match and a bulldozer.
How many people were on that one lease? Are there management people over there? 7 people were sleeping in one apartment????

Salisbury is turning more and more into a "slum city" with all the thugs and druggies walking around with their pants falling down and just all around arrogance! I am working long days to pay the bills and keep food on the table while these losers are getting paid to hang out on the streets and eat better than I ever will as they live off the taxpayers!
