Incident: Warrant Arrest
Date of Incident: 9 October 2013
Location: Salisbury, MD 
Suspect: Donald E. Schaefer, 32, Middle River, MD             
Narrative: On 9 October 2013 at 12:00 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Donald Schaffer on an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Schaefer violated the terms of his probation in a prescription forgery case.  The deputy transported Schaefer to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Schaefer in the Detention Center without bond.

Suspect: Brian Neal Bratten, 40, Parsonsburg, MD                 
Narrative: On 9 October 2013 at 1:22 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Bratten on an open District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Bratten violated the terms of his probation in a Burglary and Resisting Arrest case.  The deputy transported Bratten to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Bratten in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 9 October 2013
Location: Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Charles Merrill Schoolfield, 49, Salisbury, MD        
Narrative: On 9 October 2013 at 3:30 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles Schoolfield in connection with an assault he allegedly perpetrated at a residence in Bivalve, MD. In this incident, Schoolfield is accused of engaging in a verbal argument with a subject before assaulting a third individual who attempted to intercede and calm the situation.  Upon arrest Schoolfield was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Schoolfield in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.  Additionally, Schoolfield was also served with two bench warrants. One issued after he failed to appear for a CDS case and the other for violation of probation in a DUI case. Both warrants held Schoolfield in the Detention Center without bond.

Suspect: Kimberly V. Graham, 26, Sharptown, MD               
Narrative: On 9 October 2013 at 5:30 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kimberly Graham in connection with an assault she allegedly perpetrated at a residence in Sharptown, MD. In this incident, Graham is accused of engaging in an altercation with a subject she resides with that turned physical. According to the victim, Graham punched the victim repeatedly.  Upon arrest Graham was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Graham in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.
