County Executive Craig To Introduce Legislation For Rain Tax Repeal

Harford County Executive David R. Craig announced today that he will be introducing legislation in the County Council for a full repeal of the county’s "Rain Tax." The law, formally known as the “Stormwater Management - Watershed Protection and Restoration Program,” stems from the Obama Administration’s EPA mandate to reduce run off into the Chesapeake Bay. Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley signed the state measure into law in 2012 with an estimated fiscal impact projected to be a staggering $14.8 billion.

You aren't going to see Rick Pollitt (Wicomico Cty) do something like this. He is an O'bama, O'Malley worshiper. He doesn't have a clue and a pathetic professional politician.
