DISTURBING EYEWITNESS VIDEO CAPTURES CALIF. OFFICER FATALLY SHOOTING UNARMED HOMELESS MAN ‘ABOUT A SECOND’ AFTER HE CALLED HER A ‘B**CH’

Cellphone video recorded by an eyewitness captured a police officer in Santa Ana, Calif., fatally shooting a 22-year-old homeless man at a shopping center earlier this week.

The unidentified witness reportedly saw a confrontation unfold between a police officer and victim Hans Kevin Arellano. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Harbor Place Shopping Center at about 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Here’s how the eyewitness described the events to CBS Los Angeles:
“She exited her patrol car, gun drawn, and asked the gentlemen to get on the ground. The gentlemen didn’t get on the ground, he was still inside the restaurant. She asked again. The man then exited the restaurant, and as he was exiting the restaurant, he said, ‘What are you gonna do, b—-?’ About a second later, she shot him in the chest.”

Another unjustified murder that will go unpunished. Dogs, baby deer, homeless nobody is safe anymore. Next thing you know they'll be killing 95 year old men because they can't control him with multiple officers. Oh wait, they already do that too.I guess they are in a liberal "I'm better than you" war with NY. You get locked up in NY for "annoying" a cop, apparently in CA you get killed. Police these days don't go out looking to stop trouble but rather to start it (only when its like 6 vs 1 of course). Do as I say, not as I do and if you question me I'll crack your head open. I'll be the first to admit that I wouldn't want to do that job and I know its tough, but the laws still pertain to you also.

Just one side of the story , don't find the officer guilty until you hear or see the other side.
Your a typical person now-a-days who is swayed by media.
Our courts will handle it , not you.
You sound like one of the Trayvon supporters!

We should admire our law enforcement officers for doing their job. They risk their lives everyday with the idiots on the street.
The incident will save the tax payers a lot of money and most stores from theft. Just another waste of humanity taken care of.

I have alot of respect for law enforcement but that being said they are only human. It seems to me they are uner a lot of pressure from higher ups to enforce laws or protect the public in a way they never did before.

This is the start of a police state. And while i am all for fighting terrorism the "see something, say something" you constantly see everywhere is troubling.

Its time America wakes up and start paying attention to the leaders they elect.

The laws do NOT pertain to police officers if you think they do then why are so many of them breaking the law on a daily basis? Just ride down rt50 to or from Ocean City at the end of an officers shift and see how fast the are driving (law broken).

The video here is very poor and its hard to say that the cops life was not in danger. She was called as back up there should have been other cops around but you cannot tell in the video. In any case the shooting looks to be a bad call on her part. Because he had a criminal past nothing will be done about it just another homeless dude off the streets?

Nothing wrong with cleaning up the streets. Someones son blah blah blah, sounds like he had his chance to make better life choices and he didnt. No tears shed over here.
