That's best for all involved.Instead of assuring the prison system of more future inmates, eliminate the probabilities.Inmates bear inmates. That's a fact.Everyone in every country in the world knows that, even Americans.Like Barney Fife always said "just nip it in the bud".

10:25 - from an emotional standpoint, you are correct...however, from a societal survival standpoint - if we as a society are to survive, the leeches of society must be minimized. If you produce value - it will return you with sustenance...if you produce value for a significant time period, the society should sustain you in your later years to honor your value. This worked for cavemen and even our Native Americans very well till we came along and hosed it all up.

Mother Nature in the form of natural selection has no emotion...she is simply brutal.

If we had allowed Natural Selection to run it's course, a lot of these people would not have come to this world due to their ancestors not being able to survive without significant assistance.

11:33-I agree. They do profit from it.Chances are it may be the worlds largest business.Autism is also a huge business.Everyone is on the Autism take with treatments, medication, therapy, you name it.Autistic children used to be mainstreamed in the educational system. That was the most successful means of treatment ever.No alternative programs have ever even come close, but billions upon billions in funding has created an autism bandwagon. They go on to live successful lives just like anyone else, even without the so called "experts"

Perhaps this should be standard while incarcerated for both men and women who are repeat offenders. Three strikes your sterile.
