Blackout: Defense Department Blocks All Articles About NSA Leaks From 'Millions' Of Computers

The Department of Defense is blocking online access to news reports about classified National Security Agency documents made public by Edward Snowden. The blackout affects all of the department's computers and is part of a department-wide directive.

"Any website that runs information that the Department of Defense still considers classified" is affected, Pentagon spokesman Lt. Col. Damien Pickart told U.S. News in a phone interview.
According to Pickart, news websites that re-report information first published by The Guardian or other primary sources are also affected.

There goes freedom of the press

This is the beginning. The communists (Obama regime) ultimate goal is to take away the last source of uncontrolled news and information for the sheeple. The passing of the CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act) law opened the door to that. The communists love to make laws that have titles that are the opposite of their real intent like "Patriot Act". Get information while you can, the door is closing.

Obama said earlier this year "The only way we can [get] change is if the American people demand it," he said. Americans, added Obama, need to "stand up and say 'enough.' " I couldn't agree more, of course he was talking about gun control which I disagree with and only tries to redirect the spotlight away from the real issues at hand. I have to admire the people of Egypt and their passion for protest when they think the government is out of control. Most Americans complain but stop short of really sending a message and shut down DC with about 50,000-100,000 of pissed off people. I'm not talking about a dozen people sleeping in tent's on the grass. I'm talking about what the Egyptian people are doing right now. The government is taking away our rights slow enough that we haven't hit the breaking point. What is it going to take for us to finally say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
