I strongly suggest as many of you as possible attend this meeting. The titles in this agenda are throwing most of you off. This is some serious stuff. I will be there.

This doesn't throw me off, Joe. I'll explain.
1) Okay, this is unclear, but the Chamber collects money from businesses and is politically nice through the city according to how much one pays. Like in "Best XXX on the Shore". My bet is Danny Burt is not a member, and neither am I.
2)After spending gobs and gobs of taxpayer dollars from all over on this property, it will be given away for nothing, and probably to some org. that is tax exempt so we'll never see that money again.
3)Restructuring... HMMMM re arrange City Gov to get rid of anyone not part of the good ole boy system and move Tom Stevenson up to being in charge of stealing property for the City.
4)& 5) How to spend tax money to profit "Chamber of Commercs" contractors on equal housing and useless projects (see the north 13 bike path traffic) with absolutely no creation of income back into the tax base for us taxpayers.
6) Raising the rent on the toxic waste land they rent to the little league kids. How nice.
7) Replace the far station on Naylor skreet with another Palace complete with a huge commercial kitchen so the farmin can camp their trucks at local restaurants.

How did I do?
