Whole Foods CEO Says ObamaCare is "More Like Fascism"

I’ve been saying this for years. Obama is no socialist, Obama is a fascist. Only a fascist would steal from the middle class and the non-oligarch wealthy and hand it to the 0.01% oligarch class. At the same time, he pays off the poor with food stamps and/or disability checks. He doesn’t do this because he cares about them, he does this so that they remain quiet while he loots the country. It is also a great way to keep a large part of the population dependent on him and the government for survival. Now we hear from Whole Foods’ CEO, John Mackey, who also just recently released a book titled,Conscious Capitalism. From NPR:

When Inskeep asks him if he still thinks the health law is a form of socialism, as he’s said before, Mackey responds:
“Technically speaking, it’s more like fascism. Socialism is where the government owns the means of production. In fascism, the government doesn’t own the means of production, but they do control it — and that’s what’s happening with our health care programs and these reforms.”

Check please.

I don't like Whole Foods or its' CEO. Your just paying more money for the same food you could get at any supermarket.

I will drink their coffee though. Not to mention their staff is usually rude.

You have the wrong store 11:00.
You will not find the same products in Whole Foods as anywhere else. Most of the brands they sell are unheard of and are alot of times only sold there.
They sell food in it's purest state-minimally processed and alot of chemicals commonly found in food supplied from big corps such as Kraft, are not on their shelfs, including artificial coloring and asprrtame.
No meats come from amimals given hormones and antibiotics nor growth artifically accelerated to get it to market quicker.
Of course prices are a bit more because these small "mom and pop" suppliers are having to compete with big corps who with a larger market share can spread the costs over many more consumers.

I think you might be confused with Harris Teeter that everyone gets so jazzed up over, 11:00. They sell the same food you can get anywhere else. I've not had a problem with staff and think they are quite polite and have always been more than accomodating to me.
Whole Foods doesn't sell any of the so called big brands that dominate the food industry.
They are very into helping the smaller manufacturers who use wholesome ingredients and who don't have the capital needed to meet the regulations required succeed.
On a local note, a real true family farm in Pocomoke sells their free range, drug free eggs to Whole Foods to resell in the Baltimore area. Anywhere they open a store they become an asset to the local econony, due to their business model of helping the little guy to succeed.

Obama would be best served by listening and following the example of successful people such as this man.
It will never happen though because Obama isn't his own man. He's is controlled and led around by the nose by certain factions of business specifially Hollywood. He's their slave boy. It's quite amusing to watch the slave boy brown nose. Just recently the Hollywood industry sent him a letter warning him to not even attempt to investigate a connection between gun violence and their productions and like a good slave boy he obeyed.

No I've got the right store. The stuff might have a different label but it's the same stuff you can find anywhere.

The want you to believe that it's healthier and not processed and no chemicals etc., but it's just not true.

It wasn't that long ago they even aired some study that proved that. You don't have to take my word for it, do a search.
