Look into the 500 plus murders in Chicago, over 80% were done by "Gang Bangers", intercity kids growing up in the projects, on welfare, no dad around, mom doing guys to support her drug habbit, we need more abortions! Manditory abortions for unwed and under age mothers, Period! This would save the taxpayers millions, and also cut down on future criminals!
