Maryland ranks 12th worst among the 50 states when it comes to state and local income taxes, according to a new report by a non-partisan tax research group.
State and local income taxes amounted to 10.2 percent of state income in 2010, the Washington, D.C.-based Tax Foundation said in its recent report. The state tied with Pennsylvania and Illinois, which also had a 10.2 percent tax burden in the Tax Foundation’s ranking which used U.S. Census Bureau data.
The state-and-local income tax burden was higher in Maryland than in neighboring Virginia and Delaware. Virginia was 30th at 9.3 percent. Delaware was 31st at 9.2 percent.

Omalley needs to go.
Don't tell those dummicrats in Annapolis they will raise our taxes again. I'm sure they don't like it that 11 states have done a better job of screwing their citizens.
