Md. Flag To Fly At Half-Staff In Honor Of Sergeant

This is to advise you that Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag flown at half-staff on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from sunrise to sunset. This is in honor of Sergeant Ian Loughran, a 16 year veteran of the Harford County Sheriff's Office who died September 13, 2012 in the line of duty. This action is taken under the Protocol for the United States and Maryland State Flag. Any questions on the above should be directed to the Office of the Secretary of State
