Salisbury and Siemens Industry, Inc. Settle Wastewater Treatment Plant Suit

The City of Salisbury and Siemens Industry, Inc. have settled the lawsuit relating to equipment supplied by Siemens to the waste water treatment plant. The settlement results in a payment to the City of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00.) The settlement also states that there is no admission of fault by Siemens. The City will continue to pursue its case against other parties named in the lawsuit.

All of these settlements put together, come no where near the liability the the city taxpayer has been burdened with, so who is accountable with the total failure of the plant? John Jacobs? John Pick? Barry Tighlman? The buck has to stop somewhere!

The dryer Seimens supplied/sold the city cost over a million. FACT
