Any number of local charities.
I wear mine till they are worn out completely . Then I use them as rags to clean with. Can't afford to buy anything new.
Salvation Army or the shelters.

Salisbury Freecycle and Halo
I've found a place where local homeless people congregate.It's in a local Wicomico Co park.I put good shoes and clothes on a picnic table under a pavilion.At some point during the night they get it.At least that way I know it goes to good use.
