drives slow in they fast lane. So 1:56, I'm assuming you are one of those people if someone is passing you on the right. They wouldn't be passing you on the right if you were where you were supposed to be. Slower traffic keeps right.
2:27- ditto. Also, people who talk on hand held cell phones in cars, although it's now against the law, and people who say "You know what I mean?" after everything they say, as if they need constant validation.

I thought perhaps they had changed the law, or at least courtesty, that cars in left lane need to move to right lane. SLOWER TRAFFIC MOVES RIGHT -
