A Colorado firm that was the low bidder on a $44 million project at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport beat out two well-connected local companies -- Bethesda’s Clark Construction Group and Whiting -Turner Construction headquartered in Baltimore. The Board of Public Works approved the contract for a new terminal connector and security checkpoint Wednesday.

good... The quicker the State dies the better we can get that mofo out of here... I want it to where taxes and fees and everything else is so bad that NO ONE lives in MD ever... That would be awesome to see a state empty and all can blame it on the govt or mainly the Governor Fartin O'faily...
Both of the other Co cant make it in the bidding world all they need is to build another school in wicomico or Somerset and they could make up lost revenue
