Following the general discussion, there will be a vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter (City Clerk position) in accordance with exemption allowed by the Maryland Open Meetings Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Section 10-508(a)(1)(i).

Saw that, 4:20. Ireton is just playing pay-back to the council for the city attorney.

Wonder if he will run in, hit one of them and yell nanny-nanny-boo-boo?

If they were smart 4:20 and 7:21 they would just be putting it on the agenda to patronize Boy Wonder!
