Course Description:

Let’s face it, there are people you work with, work for, or provide service to that you just cannot stand. While you may not like them any more at the end of this workshop, you will be less stressed and more effective dealing with them.

Participants will learn:

Handling inappropriate workplace behavior.
Dealing with ego-driven co-workers.
Building a better relationship with a tough boss.
Using language to reduce tension and create a report.
Identifying the 10 Most Unwanted People Types and How to handle them.

PRMC could use this they say if you have a proble with a coworker you can talk to they they will get to the bottom of the problem well I did just that and guess what happened I got fired and the other person kept there job . Yea This is something they could use in there orientation not just all talk.
