SUSPECT BARRICADES HIMSELF IN HOME AFTER SHOOTING WICOMICO SHERIFF'S DEPUTY

The suspect who shot a Wicomico County Sheriff's Deputy this morning is NOT in custody. He has barricaded himself inside his home in Cambridge.

Heck, knowing Officer Funk he'll probably ask to be released from PRMC and go back and finish what was started.

I can only hope that this ends with the death of the shooter. Saving decent society the burden of his miserable life and the cost of prosecution and imprisonment.

Turn Tom loose with a machine gun and a banana clip. He'd either get the perp or demolish the house he is in.

The pastor of my church prayed for Deputy Funk today at our noon Lenten service. At that time, we didn't know his name. Our prayers continue for him.

This whole incident turned out wrong! I understand that Deputy Funk will recover...THANK GOD for that! On the other hand, I understand the suspect was arrested. I firmly believe the suspect should have been wearing a "body bag" instead of handcuffs!!!!
