Amen. Now let's do something about it. Vote out all incumbents,no matter which party.
There is a growing anger, a growing disgust, with the so-called representatives, including the President, who are so far out of touch with America that they don't even see the disconnect. They don't care. It doesn't matter which party you are in or for, they are ALL snakes. This guy hit the nail on the head. Hard. Congress- take a pay cut. Stop traveling the world with your family and staff (at OUR expense) and dreaming up BS reasons for it. Only YOU believe those reasons. Make yourself adhere to the same laws you make US adhere to. Balance the budget. Put YOURSELVES under the Social Security plan and give up the princely health and pension systems you put in place for YOURSELVES. Take a drug test and resign if you fail. Stop making a CAREER out of Congress. Less golf, more LEADING - by example. And from the front, not the rear. Layoff 3/4's of your bloated staff. Read the Constitution. Stand by your oath to uphold it, not upend it. Send YOUR kids to war instead of Harvard. Buy your own damn donuts and liquor. And get Nancy Pelosi a good plastic surgeon. We'll go ahead and pay for THAT.
