UPDATE: Board Of Pardons Votes 4-1 In Favor Of Clemency For Robert Gattis


UPDATED STORY 01.16.12:  Delaware Gov. Jack Markell will have the final say on whether convicted killer Robert Gattis lives or dies this week.
The state Board of Pardons is recommending on a 4 to 1 vote that Gov. Markell grant clemency to Gattis and commute his death sentence to life in prison without parole for the 1990 murder of his former girlfriend Shirley Slay.

Oh please you bleeding heart liberals make me sick. This murderer shot his girlfriend between the eyes. He deserves to die. You don't think at all about the poor people that did nothing to deserve to be murdered. But you are quick to be soft on the murderers. Kill the MF'er and be done with it.
